Hien founded Dare & Dazzle with a simple but powerful belief: every bride deserves to feel confident and beautiful without overspending.
With degrees in Psychology and Economics from UC Davis, Hien began her career in market research and startup operations in the Bay Area, helping innovative companies understand and serve their customers better. But it was her real-life experiences navigating the overwhelming and expensive world of wedding dress shopping that sparked something more personal.
She saw an opportunity to reimagine bridal. An opportunity where style meets sustainability, and brides can rent a stunning, high-quality gown without sacrificing the experience or budget.
From that vision, Dare & Dazzle was born. Today, Hien leads the brand with intentionality, curating a collection of fashion-forward gowns, designing seamless try-on experiences both in person and at home, and building a community where brides feel celebrated, supported, and free to shine.
When she’s not styling clients, hosting pop-ups across California or tinkering with design, you’ll likely find Hien enjoying an amazing cup of coffee (self-proclaimed coffee snob), practicing singing bowls and spending time with her family, and dreaming up new ways to support women through thoughtful, purpose-driven business.

AzizA didn’t grow up dreaming about wedding dresses, but she always dreamed of building something that empowers women to feel confident, capable, and in control of their future.
With 15+ years of experience leading strategy, marketing, and operational excellence at organizations like Philips Healthcare and the Federal Reserve, AzizA is known for turning complex visions into scalable, people-centered results. She’s led global teams, transformed enterprise learning, and developed programs that blend culture, innovation, and impact.
AzizA holds a BA in Political Science and Marketing from San Francisco State and an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Golden Gate University. Her career reflects a unique blend of business strategy, operational rigor, and deep insight into human behavior and brand storytelling.
But Dare & Dazzle is her heart project.
After years in corporate leadership, AzizA joined founder Hien to evolve Dare & Dazzle into an e-commerce bridal brand for the modern bride; one that champions sustainability, style, and smart spending. Today, she serves as Chief Operating Officer and leads business development and customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects their mission.
For AzizA, it’s never just about the dress. It’s about creating space where women feel seen, celebrated, and fully in control of their moment.
When she’s not building systems or championing brides, you’ll find her hosting dinner parties, wine tasting in Northern California, or planning her next adventure.
Mandy attended Brown University and New York University School of Law. With over 20 years of corporate legal experience with public and private companies, venture funds, and entrepreneurs in her own practice and at Gunderson Dettmer and Shearman & Sterling, it is Mandy’s rigor for better business practices for the customer that elevates Dare and Dazzle.
