Step Two: Book Your Styling Session
Choose how you’d like to work with our stylists:
- Virtual Consultation: Personalized, one-on-one styling from anywhere.
- In-Person Pop-Up Appointment: Try on gowns in person at our exclusive pop-up events.
Step Three: Perfecting the Fit
During your session, our stylist will take full measurements to ensure your gown is ordered to your exact size. We’ll also record any design customizations you’d like.
- Virtual Consultations: Brides can visit a trusted tailor for measurements or use our step-by-step measurement guide.
- Measurement Tip: Wear the shoes (or similar height heels) you plan to wear on your wedding day.

- New gown orders require a 3–4 month lead time
- Regular updates on your gown’s production
Step Four: Place Your Order
Once measurements and customizations are finalized:
- Receive a detailed invoice outlining all specifications
- Review and confirm details
- Pay through the secure link provided
Once payment is received, we’ll order your gown directly from the manufacturer.
Step Five: First Fitting
When your gown arrives, we’ll schedule your first fitting.
- In-Person Fitting: Try on your gown with a veil and accessories. We’ll arrange alterations if needed—or you’ll take your gown home if it’s perfect.
- Virtual Fitting: We’ll ship your gown directly to you and guide you through the fitting process on a video call.
